My trip to Ottawa was interesting. It had ups, like visiting my beautiful wife, and running in a race with 7000 other people. It had downs, like wondering if I need to re-think this whole running thing at 8k. And a lot of in-between, like the radio ad for the possibly worst named dealership in the country: Kanata Ford.Dispite the pain I felt, The race went fairly well. I finished in 45 (and a half) minutes, good for 365th place.

Sweet! You were up here for the Ottawa marathon too!? So was the Rev. I had just flown in the night before you guys should have come over and seen the new place!

hey Pat,
I didnt have a lot of extra time... drove up satuday and back sunday. I need to take more time than that next time, I think.
Bronwyn is back. She got her samples done early. (thank goodness!)
